How to Check into a Desk using the Web App

Follow this guide for a quick and easy way to check in to your desk booking using the Space Connect Web App.

Sign in to Space Connect Web App here and enter your email address to be taken to the correct login method for your organisation.

Once you’re on the landing page click on “manage bookings” on the left-hand side of the page. This will display a list of all your upcoming bookings.

Your desk booking for today will display a yellow circle. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the relevant booking and select “Check-In”. The yellow Icon will then turn green.

You have now successfully checked in to your desk booking!
